COVID-19 Safety

The safety of our staff and customers will always remain our highest priority.


iFLY’s wind tunnels have a fresh air advantage over other retail experiences. This works by simply recirculating and refreshing the air from outside to create the most efficient and clean environment in our wind tunnel.

Before you arrive:
  • To adhere to capacity limits, we have changed the arrival time we require you to be with us. For Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth, this will be 45 minutes prior to your flight time. 
  • Please ensure anyone that is flying to have a waiver filled out prior to arrival, this can be done by clicking here
Once you are at our facility; we have also implemented the following:
  • Sneeze guards
  • Contactless payments (EFTPOS & Credit card transactions only)
  • Smaller groups in each session.
  • All equipment including helmets, goggles and flight suits sanitized after every use.
  • Hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility.
  • Surface areas and touchpoints such as counters, door handles and bathroom facilities will be regularly wiped down & disinfected.
  • If you are feeling unwell and showing any signs of illness, please contact us to reschedule your flight to a later date.




 



I recently flew at your venues, am I at risk of contracting COVID-19?


Our venues have employed the highest health and safety standards with increased cleaning, hygiene and sanitation policies during COVID-19. There have been no reported cases of people contracting COVID-19 at one of our venues.
